I put OME883 springs up front with the Billstein 5100s. Got about 2.25" lift and run 275s. Stock UCAs. Stock rims. No rubbing other than the front mud/dust cover thing. Put the Eibach springs in the rear. Needed about 3/4" spacer in the rear to correct the lean.

Buy a 1/2" top spacer for the front. Gives about 1" lift up front to level. I did that to my 2005 v8. Worked perfect. I happen to have a set for sale after I endeed up lifting the whole truck more. DM me if you want them.
