    Any window crack/chip experts?

I sold insurance for a number of companies many moons ago so I thought I'd chime in... Glass damage claims from rocks while driving are covered under comprehensive coverage and typically most companies don't raise your rates for it unless you have multiple comp claims in a 2-3 year period...

    Real Sliders with Removable Steps?

Curious if anyone ever found out if the NFab RKR steps would fit on the Toyota OEM rock rails?

    Is Toyota Safety Sense reliable?

I've only had it apply brakes one time, see post above this, but I've had the audio and dash "BRAKE" alert numerous times. There is a one-way street where I live and travel often that has about a 50-60 degree turn it with vehicles parked on both sides. The sensor goes off every single time I...

    Is Toyota Safety Sense reliable?

Had the same thing happen to me when I was also farting around with the radio and nearly rear ended another vehicle in traffic. My 4runner was only a few weeks old and I nearly shat myself with the thought of wrecking it that soon!

    Cleaning SoftTex Seats

I've been using the same stuff for awhile now and it works great on everything IMO. Not too shiny or slippery like others, and has a good smell that isn't too over powering. Good stuff.

    Incoming 4Runner...now I wait.

Congrats! I have a 2021 TRD ORP in Nautical Blue that I absolutely love and adore.

Small stone chip in windshield, DIY?

Right on. Yeah I'm not sure what I was really expecting for a "free" repair, but all that matters is it doesn't turn into a bigger issue down the road.

    Cargo Cover for Luggage

My 2021 TRD-ORP came with the Toyota OEM cargo cover. It is pretty flimsy, making it sort of difficult to line it up in the grooves when you pull it open. I have not had any real issues with it other than that annoyance. The cover is definitely one of the more flimsy cargo covers I've had...

Small stone chip in windshield, DIY?

I got a very tiny rock chip in my windshield, probably about a quarter of an inch in size. I notified my insurance company and told them it was more of a precautionary thing because I had a tiny chip like this in the past grow to a full on crack in the windshield during the winter once...

What do you use the outlet for in the trunk space?

I keep a Ryobi battery charger in the back and use it to charge up 18V Ryobi batteries for misc tools I use for work, as well as a Ryobi chainsaw and fan when I'm camping.

    Is this service legit?

I'm sure it would probably be fine to stretch it out to 10,000 miles, but for as cheap as an oil change is (Less than $70 last time I paid at the dealer) and the fact that I only drive about 10-12K miles a year...it's just kind of like extra insurance for me changing the oil every 5,000 miles/6...

    Is this service legit?

Did the complimentary 2 year maintenance come with your 4runner? The only time I've had to pay for anything so far is when I paid to have the oil changed sooner than what was recommended in the owner's manual. I like to change the oil every 5,000 miles...so the first check up I paid for an oil...

    This says it all

I guess just whichever brand you prefer. Honestly, I'm still at stock height, so I don't really know much about lifts either.

    This says it all

Really who cares what others do with their vehicles? 90% of the people I see driving 4Runners in my area seem to be soccer moms who probably don't know the difference between running boards and rock sliders, 265's or 285's, King or Fox lifts, etc. I try not to be jealous and/or look down at them.

22 Limited arrived without Running Board Kit

I hate the running boards on my 21 ORP. They are always dirty and water/mud just seems to sit on them making them even more dirty all the time plus slippery. I would just see if the dealer could refund the cost of the running boards and then put that money into some nerf bars or rock sliders.
