    Supercharger (procharger specifically) questions...

I bought a kit, 1TK212-SC1. It comes with the head unit, larger injectors, brackets, some sort of device for data logging/loading tunes, etc. Odd how the procharger kit doesn't come with a larger fuel pump nor colder spark plugs. From my understanding of things, I'm going to install the...

    Supercharger (procharger specifically) questions...

I'm in Canada. The dude selling it was from Langley, BC. I just live the province over. But he was listing it for $6500CAD.

    Supercharger (procharger specifically) questions...

Hola. I've never had any intention of going forced induction mainly because I couldnt justify the price (the procharger kits in Canada hover around $10k). I recently purchased a BNIB D1SC kit from a private sale for a huge discount, but now I'm in uncharted territory as I've never boosted...

Procharger install thread (this will take awhile)

Oh man, this thread has helped a lot, thanks! My D1SC is being shipped shortly and I'm excited. Are you still running the stock fuel pump? I read that you've done some data logging. With the stock fuel pump, I'm curious how it's been able to keep up with demand.. Anything break yet? And the...

    Dealer rip off?

Call the same dealership and ask to speak to service. Then ask for a quote to see how much it would be to replace the front and rear pads on whatever year your 4runner is. No rotors, just pads. I'd then call parts to ask how much front and rear pads are for your 4runner. Price everything out...

    Pics of RAY's TE37 on a 5th Gen TE

Yep, gloss black. They definitely wouldn't fit on a stock SR5 -might with a TRD Pro. I'm lifted 2.5F/2R, running 285s, and I rub at full articulation going forward. Going reverse at full articulation sounds like a symphony of grinding -I try to avoid it as much as possible. I'll trim the...

    Pics of RAY's TE37 on a 5th Gen TE

What lug nuts are you guys running for your TE37s? Looking for a different set because I almost mixed up a set of lugs because they're all black and splined. Like to have a distinct/different set just for the TEs.

4Runner vs Wrangler - Help me decide

If you've ever owned a kitchen utensil that has one purpose, that's kinda like the jeep imo. Great for that one purpose, but not great in every other aspect... for my needs/wants, anyway. I couldn't swallow the resale also which nobody has mentioned yet. I'd give the 4runner another chance...

    Replacement step questions

I hated the nfab side steps for that reason -they were way too far forward. Because they're too far forward, in snowy/wet weather, it's super easy to slip and bonk your ankles/shins. After slipping twice, that was the last straw that cause me to ditch them for tyger running boards.

Lube and Torqe Drive/Prop Shaft Cost

Whenever I bring my 4th gen in for any other issues beyond my capabilities, my mechanic has maybe charged me $20 to lube all the zerks/yolks in the driveline. I have warranty with my 5th gen and get free maintenance for 3 years so they take care of that bit for free. I have 3 grease guns...

    TRD Skid Plate on limited

The limited doesn't have KDSS so not an issue on that front.

Non Drill roof rack (no silicone)

Weird. I didn't have to cut the weather strip at all for my prinsu install when I had it.

Non Drill roof rack (no silicone)

Gotcha. Greenlane is where I got the idea from as well. Unfortunately they don't sell just the spacers. That's cool, I'll let the fabrication guy figure it out. On either side of the silicone sheet, it might be advisable to slap a bit of butyl rubber on either side to really make things...

Non Drill roof rack (no silicone)

This is exactly how I'll be doing my rack next year. I have the RA rack, but I'm still uncomfortable with the mounts even though they seem pretty solid (it's still essentially a cup so if any moisture gets into the spacer, it just sits there which I'm not comfortable with). To be 110% sure about...

    another 285 post

I have 285s for my summer set up and 265s for my winter set up. The 265s look super anemic to the point where I want to change out the winter set up entirely. I'm struggling with this point because I have replica TRD rims which are 8" wide. I could throw 285s on there and call it a day, but I...
