No, that's it. Definitely start at IF2, because the likely fail is the harness to the driver door. If those grounds aren't at IF2, that's your smoking gun for the door harness. You will probably want the pinouts for IF2 on p. 41 here:

On these cars, I always suspect the harnesses between the doors and the body. This goes double for the symptom set you have. That's also why you need to verify the grounds as well as the 12V+ when troubleshooting.

Did you try swapping left side for right side? They are definitely different, including one has clockwise thread and the other has counter-clockwise.

Not the ignition fuse, that does not affect the starter motor. Could be the 7.5 amp STA (Starter) fuse.
