wouldnt you know it... March 1 and we got nailed with almost a foot of snow... the same day i had planned to go skiing with friends. Lets just say we took a detour and had fun in the snow. Man does the 4runner climb steep snowy hills well with BFG at/ko's!!

The VSC light did not illuminate and the vehicle didnt pull to any side, nor did i 'feel' the brakes be applied. As an aside, I definately know the feeling of the VSC applying the brakes, seeing its winter.. and... occasionally when driving and the road is empty... and snow or ice covered...

I just cant see how a piece of ice that gets trapped between the wheel well and the tire could confuse the computer, yet i cant think of any other explanation. I cant see the ice slowing down the one tire, thereby causing the computer to think that the OTHER 3 tires where slipping causing the...

The KO's are definately louder then the stock dunlops. I would have to assume they are louder then almost any all season tire since these are all terrains. They have an aggresive tread pattern. That being said, at 100 km/h, and with the radio on, the noise is hard to here. It doesnt bother...

Thanks! Thanks for the info guys! I picked up a set of BFG's AT KO's on the weekend in the cheaper, yet much bigger size of 265-75-16. The runner looks substantially better with them and i have gut feeling it will perform better offroading and in the snow!! However, the left wheel is rubbing...

Cause Problems Thanks for the info. i didnt realize you could run even an inch bigger. However wouldnt that size cause problems with the speedometer, fuel calculator, etc? Would the 1/4 inch increase on the tires i am contemplating cause a problem? Thanks again for the information!
