So my '98 Runner has a rusted through rear bumper and i dont know what to do. What are my options? and wether i should go oem or aftermarket offroad type bumpers?

I dont know about the supercharger. How much power would it add? i really want the TRD Beadlock Wheels. Thats def going to be my first purchase. What do i need to change to make sure the fuel gauge works?
