Yes. Like others said, just yank off the cover, undo the two Phillips screws, twist out the bulb holder, replace the bulbs, put everything back, and you're done.

Honestly, people selling 100 dollar + HID kits are preying on the people that think that 40 dollar kits are "too cheap". I have no doubt that the expensive kits are well built, but it's still not worth the extra cost in my opinion. I definitely think there's a future in LED headlighting, but...

Same exact thing happened to me when I was buying tires for my VW. I bought the cheaper tires, went into the store, and they gave me a more expensive set because the set I bought wouldn't be in for a couple months. Discount is great!

You have to drill a small hole in the cap, and you shouldn't have to remove the headlight at all.
