2007 V8 limited 4x4 with 128k miles. OME springs on front and rear. Spacers on front to level 1inch body lift 33in BFG KO2s with less than 10k miles on them plus a spare Doug Thorley headers with Flowmaster high flow cats Gibson Exhaust Has new O2 sensors, but unfortunately the high flow cats...

A friend of mine with a 4th gen mentioned he read about a mod to raise the gas tank so it's at least flush with the frame, offering it slightly better protection. After quite a bit of searching I am unable to find anything about this, do any of you have any info regarding it?

Same thing as others said, I only get the whistling when one of the other vents is closed.

What difference does it make having the holes vs the new ones without? Is it a strength thing?

Forum won't let me create a new thread yet, so I will put this question here. I am having a problem where whenever I am stuck in traffic or not moving very much, my A/C Compressor seems to cut off, and the cabin gets warm quite quickly. Is there anyway to override it so it will always stay running?

Super Glue? lol. You could just take it apart and dynomat it or something similar.

Seems like this would be a good place to ask, Has anyone used Amsoil transmission fluid? I use their stuff for everything else, but it seems like the transmission in these vehicles has been designed just to make our lives difficult when it comes to fluid...
