This entire thread confuses me. and kind of seems pointless Singtoe states "The stock 4Runner has 13/16" bore wheel cylinders" And upgrading to 1" Tundra would improve rear braking However from my research during my brake job the tundra and 4runner both use the 1" bore wheel cylinder...

To answer my questions: part # 4755035210 - seems to be 1" bore diameter and is recommended by toyota and most reputable vendors it seems to be the same Part number for some years Tundra still not sure if the Master cylinders are the same size for all 3rd gen 4runners?

Thanks to all the great advice here, chances of making it past 300+ are getting better and better. I see them on craigslist from time to time. 300+ miles, good compression, no leaks, no smoke. Thank God something is built right in this world
