i dont know who did it...i'm the 4th owner so here's the AMAZING ISR i had. i fixed it with exhaust tubing for now. as best as i can tell...this is a plastic cup. cut with a drill bit. the deckplate was similar (i.e. cut a hole in the airbox with a drill bit)

if you're worried about your "worthiness". just get a set of JRU stickers...same style and all...
