I think you’d be crazy not to replace it. I’ve risked it and tire blew, but I was lucky. I’ve seen a blown tire cause body damage that costs way more than a tire. But that’s just my thoughts on it.

When I lifted mine, the KDSS sway bar was tapping the skid plate. Ended up taking it off to notch it a little. Of course, this only applies if you have KDSS and you’d see the bare metal on the sway bar where it hits the skid plate.

Buzzing does typically indicate a grounding issue. I’d recheck your wiring and make sure none of it was pinched by anything once you installed it in the door

I can tell you my Tacoma had an amazing parking brake and did not roll! But it was also operated by a handle and not a pedal. The one on my 2021 tends to do the same as you’re describing and I’ve been less than impressed, but the dealerships around here are garbage so I’ve just grown used to it...
