Where to get lift installed near Denver.

Post your question on the Colorado section of TTORA at Colorado Chapter - TTORA Forum Spring for beer and pizza and there'll probably be several guys offer to help you DIY. That's how I installed my first lift.

    Disappointed in the 4runner Rims

Toyota's fairly infamous for the poor finish of their alloy wheels. But it's not just Toyota. I'm a recent convert from Jeeps which had similar clear coat issues w/ alloy wheels.

Well it took you long enough! New T4R

After nearly seven months of searching we finally got our new 4Runner! We started with an admittedly narrow set of criteria but ended up "compromising" on some things. Looking for a Sport - Bought a Sport Looking for 4WD - Bought 4WD Looking for 2006 - Bought 2007 Looking for sunroof - Bought...

Toytec Ultimate vs Radflo Overland Warehouse Kits

Yep, and when it comes right down to it even if all else is equal I'd rather support a Colorado business.

Toytec Ultimate vs Radflo Overland Warehouse Kits

Radflo's warranty is 1 yr. Toytec has a lifetime warranty.

    Mt. Antero Trail

You shouldn't have any trouble with Antero in a T4R. But I wouldn't count on doing it in June. You should check again before you head up since we've had a lot of late season snow this year and trails are expected to open later than usual ... if at all. In fact, we're getting hit again in...

Very close to giving up on finding a T4R

Thanks for the links but we've pretty much ruled out the SR5. here's a brief rundown on the specs we're targeting: 06-07 Sport Edition White or Silver exterior, black cloth interior V6 4WD under 60k miles other options are TBD....

Very close to giving up on finding a T4R

I've calmed down after my frustration rant of Friday. We re-evaluated several other vehicles firsthand yesterday and I still don't see anything else I like as much as the T4R. As much as I've always been a Jeep fan, I really didn't like their latest version of the Grand Cherokee. So...

Very close to giving up on finding a T4R

Yep, I've been looking as far away as Houston area on CL, Autotrader, Cars.com, Carsdirect, and Vehix.com. If there's another TX-specific search I'd appreciate hearing about it.

Very close to giving up on finding a T4R

I quit! We were microscopically close to finalizing the deal on one today. All through the check-out process didn't find anything major just a few nitpicky little things - no deal killers. Then.... we couldn't get 4Lo to engage. Uh-oh. Tried multiple times with and without the parking...

    Vehicle Delivery options

That's a good point and helped push me off the fence to the 'drive it' side. There's over 15k left on the factory warranty so in the long run the 500 mile delivery drive is approaching trivial. Besides, it's a good shakedown drive and if something happens en route it's still their vehicle...
