Bilstein trail team shock boot collar/spacer needed

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but I was searching for the same thing and came across this post but no answer. I reached out directly to Bilstein for their confirmation. That retainer/spacer is called the "Boot Adapter" by Bilstein and is part # E4-B36-398C. Summit Racing does offer these...

No Power, No Start (very sudden, w/ good battery)

Got her running! Ran the truck for a few minutes, shut it down, cranked again, ran for a little. I repeated this several times just to make sure that it wasn't a fluke. Thanks to everyone who responded and all suggestions received. Having a community like this one definitely helps keep me...

No Power, No Start (very sudden, w/ good battery)

Thanks guys for your responses. I've been out with the 4Runner this morning, and want to update with what I've found: First, I pulled the steering wheel cover and AC ducting to give better access to the wiring of the aftermarket keyless entry. All main lines from ACC, ignition, and starter...

No Power, No Start (very sudden, w/ good battery)

Thanks very much for any insight you can provide. I'll answer all your followup questions below: Voltage across the posts is currently 12.3V. When this first occurred earlier in the day I believe the voltage read around 12.4V. Turning the key to ACC position does not change the voltage at...

No Power, No Start (very sudden, w/ good battery)

I drive a 2000 4WD V6 4Runner as a secondary/fun vehicle. Stopped for gas, cut the engine off, but left power on to listen to radio. Went to crank and lost all power the moment I turned the key. There is amost no power in ACC key position or any on/crank key position. No dash gauges (except...

    WTB: 3rd gen parts

I have a grille off a black 2000 4Runner. I bought an extra and modded it with mesh/stenciled lettering, so the stock grille is currently sitting under the house. Want me to send pics?

Hey guys- lookin' to get my 2000 4Runner 4wd running right and that involves a lot of suspension work on this truck that spent some time up in the North. Instead of shelling out to replace stock, I figure it's a good time to get a lift in since this is my work/play vehicle, not the daily... I'm...

3rd gen 4Runner rear lower control arm differences

Great tip for anyone without a press! I'd also like to add that many people have used a torch to melt the bushings out, but I've never tried this so I can't speak for its effectiveness. It's definitely possible to get them out without a press though. Which LCA bushings did you install JRZEE...
