not sure what the pair is for. I think it's just to help it warm up quicker when cold. But the EGR lowers combustion temp and also increases fuel mileage which is why I kept it.
Where did you find a 1" body lift? All I can find is 2 or 3". I like the EGR it helps keep my mileage a little better and reduces combustion temp when cruising.
