I would have no problem offering this in DOM, there would be a bit of a difference in price, but I could definitely make that an option. I’m open to any ideas you guys have as well.

Sounds good, I’ll keep you in mind for one, and I will be adding shackles to the front of these as well. And I can do one for non body lift!

Yeah, schedule 40 is pretty strong stuff. DOM is obviously stronger, and it is thicker than schedule 40 wall. it’s a lot heavier as well as cost more than schedule 40 too. And yes, this would bolt on to an 07 with 1” body lift

Thanks! And it’s actually 1.5” schedule 40 pipe, and the winch frame area is 1/4” square tube frame and I used 10 gauge for plates and stuff. I may do 1/8” or 3/16” square tube next time to save a little on weight and 1/4” is a bit overkill since I added the 10 gauge to it. And it’s fully welded...

Posting this as a feeler thread, just to see if I have enough interest in this. I built a front tubular winch mount bumper for my 4th gen and I’m curious if others would be interested, if I get enough people interested, I may consider doing a batch of 10 bumpers to start. I can change it a bit...
