Just joined the forum for this reason. Replaced the starter, battery and cleaned the terminals. Still having issues. But it's hit or miss. Sometimes it starts, sometimes it will not, and leaves my wife stranded until I can come mess with it. The steering wheel has had a locking issue for years...
