When I bought mine I was given two options, 5k oil changes with dino oil or 10k oil changes with synthetic. I would suggest asking your service department about your options.

I will add my personal experience, I couldn't be happier with the information I have received from Truck Alterations. I called Luke, received my estimated ship date and I am sure I will receive mine exactly when Luke told me I will receive them.

I use the blue paper towels available at most auto parts stores, Costco, Sam's, etc. and they will fit, tear a strip off and put it on one side of the wrench. I had the same problem on my 07 Tundra, it will make the filter housing wrench extremely tight but you will be able to loosen the housing.

I talked to my local dealership parts department yesterday while in for service, had them call and was told the intake should be available soon but no further information available. There was no 5th gen part number available.
