Mirror blinking

Update...wiper and washer work...
Looks like when you disconnect the battery and then reconnect it, the whole car goes into "reset" mode. I just went out and tried it again and now the wiper and washer work. Actually, I think I had the rear window down a slight bit, which made it not work...
