I've had the same problem and been afraid to venture much past 35-40 for fear of blowing a speaker.

It happens in my V6 SE too, but only when the air condition is running.

It almost looks like I could add it to my '05 sport? The wheel wells even have cut outs like they were made for armrests or something.

Gotta go with the sport, but make sure you get a sunroof so that you can stick your head out to see past the massive, view blocking, enourmous scoop. (read dripping with sarcasm) :D

I think the difference is that the Sport and Limited come with lighted vanity mirrors and the SR5 comes standard with just the mirrors.

Hey doctob, Just curious? Did you get the '05 4Runner OEM nav off of E-Bay late last week? (I mean yours not the one you're selling)

Am I correct in assuming that you can't direct connect any type of XM adapter with the stock JBL single CD/Cassette radio?

I'm curious about the Garmin adapter too. So far when I use mine, I just lay it on it's side right next to the center speaker. With the antenna up it doesn't move around, and I haven't had not one loss of satellite reception since I started putting it there. It's not the best looking place...

I got it from Partznet too and it also took me only about 5 min to complete. Make sure you push it up tight where the velcro is though. Mine was rattling for a week before I thought to do that. Now it doesn't make a peep. I know, Duh!

I'm going to agree with General Lee. I picked up a can of the Stoners Invisible Glass and a few microfiber window towels. It took off dirt, water spots, bugs and left nothing but a crystal clear view.

I just gently...mash my foot on the accelerator, whip into the right lane, fly up along side them, cut back into the left lane (missing the car by inches), and jamb on the breaks. :D ...OK, so I just follow them, but I dream of doing all that other sh*t.
