Once I got the part.
Pull 3 wires. 2 off the ashtray component and 1 off the DAC button which is connected to the console. Then you can pull the whole console out. The ashtray kit is held on with 1 tab and 2 plastic clips that are built in. 5 minutes for me who is on the low...
Every thread I see shows how to remove the consol , which is very easy.
Then they say just pop out the lighter ashtray assembly. Mines not just
