That is a clone (off brand). It is solid. I did have to add a couple washers (1 rubber and 1 steel) for the front bracket. The holes are not quite aligned. If they would make that front bracket about 1/4" taller, it would fit perfect.

I like the hood mounted ditch lights, gotta really turn them though for usefulness. I added a full roof rack yesterday...
