100% agree...i filtered Trail Edition with KDSS when i bought mine. She drives perfectly. I dont have comparison as i havent owned a non kdss 4R. What i can say is that she drives perfectly and handles corners and highway with confidence. KDSS drive performance is perfect..it just works...

okay, thanks for your opinion.. that what i figured, that Suspensions Mods and /or non factory sized tires etc, maybe problem drivers with these KDSS post problems what about the OP for this thread? is your 4R KDSS STOCK build, or do you have MODs with either suspension and/ or Tires on...

just caught this thread, reading how several KDSS owners have problems with KDSS. i have KDSS Trail, and was under the impression that KDSS is a fairly durable suspension system yes, there are known owners with KDSS issues, but those tend to have high miles and/ or drive the off road path...

Local here in GA. which Toyota OEM part# are these step bars? if unknown, which make/ model / trim level, were these installed? im looking for a set, for 2016 4R Trail Edition.. from what ive read .. these steps bars have different compatibility, based on OEM part#.

the 1st rock chip damage is the worst... until you see the 2nd / 3rd/ 4th one.. i try to keep distance from the car in front of me, but even that doesn't guarantee prevention..

try rain x windshield damage repair kit.. i bought 2 kits and repaired several windshield cracks on several cars, including a nickel sized one on my 4R. pending the extent of your damage, the kit will make the initial area of the impact cosmetically 80-90% better.. so it unnoticeable unless...

congrats.. its a lot of work and 3 days sounds about right for the claying process.. take a look at nanoskin products..much faster....

the truck adapters with the QJ 7000slx works ... a few mods on a 4runner and you may easily reach the 5000 model load rating. there are commonly posted methods of resolving clearance issues..

yup...everything.. and the 4runner is a lot of work for even a standard car wash... the height of the 4runner (especially the roofside) has me pulling the stepstool out to get topside reach. love the 4runner but man..its a lot of work to clean, clay, polish and apply wax/ sealant...

what the highlights of this model. is it the discontinued Trail model, back with a few additional features?
