It will help some. Mine is 3" in front and 2" in the rear and it seams to be perfectly level. If you compared a 2.5" in front and a 3" in front (both with 2" in the rear) you may not even notice a difference. But I'm not saying there won't be a difference either.

Why are you going bigger in the rear? just curious because most people go bigger in front to level out the truck more.

I'm almost sure that those will not fit. You would probably need a 3/2 to fit that size tire. I have a 3/2 cornfed and a 1.5 body lift and still scrubing when turning the wheel all the way to one direction with 33" all terrains. You might be able to get away with it if you keep stock rims...
