Did you ever figure out why? Did that happen after replacing the bulb? I have a hunch that the height of the bulb is critical (to light up both sections (arrow indicators) and the function indicator. I am curious. Maybe the bulb is too short.

Anyone have idea how the fog light and turn signal light assembly can be removed. I need to replace a broken fog light assembly on passenger side (broken lens). I see 2 screws from the frame and removed it but no luck in pulling out the assembly. 2004 4Runner SR5

Am planning to do same this weekend. I just wanted to know the procedures you did. Are the mechanisms that need greasing gonna be exposed when I take down the glass? Or, do I need to dismantle other stuffs to gain access to it (other than the garnish/trim before removing the torx screws)...

Bought my 2004 SR5 without spoiler. On the first month, I already noticed how fast the dirt builds up on the rear. Installed spoiler after several months (non-original). More than 7 years after, I'm still satisfied with it. Definitely kept my rear window a lot cleaner.
