I believe they did check the transmission fluid and all fluids, they did an oil change too and are "supposed" to check all fluids.

Only 23,000 miles on it but have had this issue from day 1. It's been in to Toyota 4 times now, each time they tell me nothing is wrong with it, they plugged into the computer, they drove it, reset the computer, etc. #1-when driving down a gradual hill by my house I will let my foot off the gas...
