Being from Texas, I've had nationwide search on cars.com for KDSS equipped TE 4Runners. The past couple of days, I've been seeing search results from 4Runners on dealer lots in Dallas and Austin. Is it true Gulf States Toyota's KDSS embargo has ended?

Here's another vote for plugs and wires. I had a similar issue and changing the plugs and wires solved it. Solved it until one of the coils went bad a couple of weeks later and the "stuttering" problem was 10x worse (yes, I know coils are supposed to outlast the chasis).

Parting Out with No Title? I was doing a little digging before I called and saw that you don't have a title for this 4Runner. Can you explain how you came into possession of the 4Runner without a title?
