That could be an issue. Moving the bumper down enough to sit below the skid plate will likely cause alignment issues with the bolt holes on the sides (where the stock bumper mounts). There isn't a whole lot of up and down play in those holes. You might have to cut the front lip off the skid.

We do but it does not combine with the sale price and the sale price is better. If you order the bumper with the tire carrier then everything is fully welded and bolt together install. However, if you're adding a tire carrier at a later date we do not recommend having us install the hinge and...

Basically the very thin stock covers are not doing much more than being a dust cover over those lines. To mount our skids and sliders you don't relocate or move the stock KDSS lines. Also the skids provide the best coverage of any skid out there for the system as a whole.

Not that I would recommend this, but they do balance ok on a floor jack. That said, still best to have another set of eyes and hands to steady it.
