Not much that can be done to improve performance on a TRD PRO. It's already awesomesauce. Enjoy it and be happy you got a TRD PRO and not another model.

I was really impressed with the braking on my TRD Pro the one time I really needed them, it actually startled me how quickly it stopped. I've mostly driven trucks for the past 15 years though so my expectations are probably different. Maybe try upgrading to the TRD Pro brakes.

I heard the same thing at the dealership when I was getting my bug deflector installed. I need to decide if I should trade mine in or keep it since I have the now discontinued and rare Attitude Black.

2016 TRD PRO owners, what's the performance like on the new model year TRD PROs? Does it drive off road just as good as the 2015 TRD PROs? Or is it even better?

I agree they're perfectly capable off road stock, I was just wondering. I haven't had a chance to drive an SR5 and couldn't find where it would list whether they had those or not on the Toyota website. I knew the Trail did, just wasn't sure about the SR5.

Agreed, I've never come across another forum with the number of people that this one has that are so concerned with what other people choose to buy. This forum is filled to the brim with haters and dickheads. It makes me wonder if they all harass TRD Pro owners when they see them in person -...

There's a truck naming guide stickied in the TRD PRO private subforum, maybe a mod could give you temporary access.

Oh I was just being sarcastic, should have used a smiley face or something :) I do like my TRD Pro, and think it looks cool. But I'm sure they all drive the same. I test drove a Limited, I think it was, before I bought mine, and the solid feel of the 4Runner in general was what really sold...

I see what you're getting at, with the supposed similarities and all. But, until you've actually driven a TRD PRO, it's a hard feeling to understand.
