I have an '04 that was doing the same thing. Ended up being the device I had plugged into my OBD port. Unplugged it and did a Zero Calibration and haven't seen the issue again. ;)

For reference for others later on that are too lazy to bother to read.... you may want to update your first post with the "suggested" heavier Uni-strut as a lessons learned. I am also considering looking at adding a wire mesh. I wonder if the wire mesh along with the lighter gauge Uni-strut...

I would just like to say thanks! :first: This is exactly the route that I was planning on going. I love the idea of how versatile this is. So many different options and it doesn't hinder the ability to get in the garage. Keep us updated on other rack mods or ideas.

Since I just bought my 2004 T4R I thought that I would get an oil analysis done. I am happy to report that my '04 with 105k miles on it has no evidence of head gasket issues. Thank you Blackstone Labs.
