clean it a few times with normal car was soap,
give it a light polish with some polishing compound should even things out.
next time use interior armor all, for a more even shine

So recently I was hit by a uninsured motorist, damage was isolated to the rear bumper. I am looking into the opportunity of upgrading to a steel rear bumper. Due to the damage location I was planning on going with the C4 fabrication bumper.
