Can you ask for the lugs from whoever you got them from? If not then.. Yelp a tire place in your city and tell them that you need wheel lugs and wheel locks for your rims. And have them do the alignment. BOOM! Thank you! Done Son.

I am very happy with the turn on my(1998)4Runner with new (to me) 17" SR5 rims and tires (Bridgestone Dueller 265 70 17). No lifts and no rubbing at all. :happy:
