They have a lot of forged parts in the motor! Get the top of the line automatic! Mine had 350k and carried 1000lbs in it it’s whole life! 3rd gens are bulletproof

I would stay away. That’s more than surface rust. If something breaks at freeway speed. It’s gonna be ugly! Shop in a state that doesn’t snow. Our California cars have NO rust!!! But the cost of Toyota’s out here are a premium

I just want a discount on the ladder. I’ve found much cheaper baskets on Craigslist. But there are no used ladders of course. But because Baja has the most inexpensive ladder, I’ll probably get it anyways! Still seems like a good deal though!

Bruised After I got a scratch on my silver trail. I told the wife we could scratch it up even further! She said yes!! But In Your case. Suction and buffing is cheap. A good detailer can make it almost disappear! Until the color coated wax rubs off! Good luck!

33 is cheap! I was way over that on my 14 trail. I then drove it for a week and gave it back. But if it was at $33 I would have kept it! Congrats! I bought a used 10 trail a few years later. You’ll love it, and aren’t to deep into it.
