I need a fuel pump assembly for an 88 fr, does anyone know a good place to get one for cheap, also where are the fuel pump relays on this model?

So my brother decided my 4 runner needed to be moved and left the power on, drained the battery. I replaced the battery and some fuses that went bad, and the car still won't start. It tries to turn over, but just cant't. I'm thinking fuel pump anybody know any other possible things it could be?
