    Anyone have a soft topper?

Thanks, Any of you drive with it in the winter? It gets to -40C here or lower in the winter...at that temp it's not like the 4Runner puts off much heat anyways, so I'm debating on trying one and leaving it for the winter. The concern would be having the material crack I think.

    heater core replacement

Post some pics if you decide to do it. I'm in the midst of trouble shooting a lack of heat in my '88 and I may have to do that at some point. ... It'll be my last option as I have no desire to do it outside as well. It hit -40C here last week.

    Oil Pressure Sending wire?

Anyone have a description, or even better a photo of where the oil pressure gauge sending wire is in the engine? Mine has been disconnected since the summer after a large engine job and I can't seem to find it. Edit: forgot to mention. 1988, 4Runner, 3VZ-E thanks

Did a light sanding job, spray canned a layer of primer and then used an air compressor and spray gun. Although the only place I had to do it was out in a field, so there maybe a dead bug or three in the clear coat.

Here's one without the top, along with one after I got it last fall. ...as you can tell from the one without the top, it hasn't moved much and has spent the majority of the summer in the driveway undergoing repairs. ...running smooth now. Location: Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, Canada...

    help please-

I just replaced the head gaskets on my 88, which looked similar to that one (I.e. Oil spewn about). My cost was $350 for the entire engine gasket set. If you are doing it yourself, pay the extra to get the entire kit as you'll have the engine apart anyways. If you take it to the shop, I'd...
