Brilliant, I used the below link as a visual reference thread and also the Haynes manual. Made my life easier by using different colored paint markers to make off the hoses.

Ran into a problem with 99 4runner running rough after being started shortly after shutting off. First start ran fine with no problems at all, after shutting off and starting again within a couple hours it would run rough with shakes at any speed.
