What I did was velcro the bottom of the cup holder. Sometime it would still come out. Then I cut a couple of 2.7" dia, .25" thick disks from some black rubber sheet I had laying around and problem solved. It's the little things that drive people the most nuts, myself included. lol

Bought my 19 TRD Off-Road Premium with moonroof, 17” TRD wheels (grey), all-weather floor liners/cargo tray & free oil changes for life (MSRP $43,009) for $39,684 plus TT&L. Pretty happy with deal.
