Ive been looking into this as well, and we will have issues with the gas tank clearance. Wyatt also mentioned that 4th gen V6's would probably have to get rid of the ADD on the front diff, although I am not sure why, since the taco box just piggybacks off the stock t case.

Unfortunately I do not. I only ran this setup for about 4 months before building a custom mandrel bent 2.5" cat back, using a Flowmaster delta 50 muffler and no resonator.

Not at this time, no. I have a full time engineering job that takes up the majority of my time. I am currently looking into renting a shop though, and if I do, I will probably start doing limited runs of the bumpers if there is enough interest.
