I have a 96 4Runner 4WD Limited My Radiator just went to hell on me and I was wondering if anyone has a link or a write up that will show me how to complete this job. I do well with pictures if ya know what I mean. :shrug:

Okay! Thank you! The cables were all pretty loose. I did tighten them up, but it still is "lugging". It jerks forward and back like the feeling you get when the gear is too low for the speed. I pushed the button to turn off the OD and of course it stops jerking when it up shifts. I was also...

Hey and thank you for your reply. I'm a newbie at this and a little embarrassed. Are you talking about the throttle cables on the intake? If not, which cables are you referring to? I would appreciate it if you could be a little more detailed. Thanks for helping!

Hello, When going up a hill, my 1996 4Runner is very sluggish and won't shift to a lower gear. My foot is to the floor and I can barely make it up the hill. It wont shift down to third gear. When going down the highway, it seems fine, but when I hit the grade is when this happens most. Any ideas?
