TexasTJ's 2017 T4R TRD Pro - Cement "Zoe"

A couple of questions on your Gobi rack: 1. Did it have any noticeable effect on your mpg? 2. I’ve read in other places that it can make the truck feel very top heavy when the rack is empty. Has that been your experience? Thanks
