I'll have to check out the pressure regulator, I hadn't thought about that. I imagine really the only way to check and see if it works is to hook up a pressure gauge to the fuel rail and give it a rev or two? They look like they run about $110 on RockAuto so I really hope it's not that.

Fixed! Thanks for the help guys, I pulled out all the injectors and one of them was way out of spec so I swapped the inejctors and the engine isn't hiccuping any more! Hopefully this thread can help the next person with the same problems.

I just ordered new injectors based on the sound the engine was making at idle. It's pretty pronounced and I got a good video of it. Doesn't make this sound all the time, just occasionally after it is warmed up. Let me know what you guys think...

I've been driving it around and it is definitely getting worse. Is there a way to check for injector problems or do I have to replace them and see if the problem goes away? That's what I am doing with the Spark plug wires this week.

I ordered the "STANDARD MOTOR PRODUCTS TH207T" TPS from rockauto, so I'm assuming that is aftermarket. I'll do a sweep with the multimeter tomorrow and see if there are any parts that don't read correctly.

I have the 620 lb eibach springs and the bottom spring perch on the tacoma 5100's yielded 3.5" of lift when I first installed them. I added about 100 lbs in bumper and winch and they've settled to just over 2.5" of lift.

Hey Jack, You ever find a solution to your issue? Sounds exactly like what I have where I get a pop during/after low speed acceleration, sometimes cornering and sometimes not. I flexed the suspension by bouncing on my winch bumper and couldn't get it to pop. -Jimmy
