I really like it and got the sport version with the indentions and bumps. that help alot off road. but the smooth parts take a little getting used to. the wheel is awesome quality and where the old trim attached i had to file it down a little bit under the steering wheel

yeah my mcneils flares don't match either and it would probably be easier to do the fender to door. i would be stronger where the headlight meets this conversion would be awesome if you wanted a sport hood and need new headlights.
