Yes. You have to pay either monthly or annual subscription to use the programming features. But once the changes are made they're sticky. So no need to pay beyond one month.

The eco bar can be turned off with carista. I used their dongle and software to do it. Along with some buzzers and other program bits that toyota should have made available.

really look close at theh bottoms of all the doors too. Mine developed tailgate rust like that, but it's elsewhere on the body panel. Oddly, my frame looks almost perfect.

Hate to tell you. The Falken wildpeaks I put on 2.5 years ago also have cracks in the sipes. Also at 25 thousand miles.... Not sure it's really anything to worry about.
