I am happy to buy parts on eBay, and has always been fine, but just this week got burned on six injectors and a tps. Counterfeit and misrepresented respectively. Today I swapped in a GB reman. There about 50 bucks each or less on rock auto (53 CAD)

For sure man. I know There's even a few dealers who run a some oem part sites that do a fantastic job with good prices. But to be honest this are my first two experiences of buying parts on eBay that didn't pan out....amazingly, a week apart! and they were both specifically noted as Toyota...

AUTOMARTINT914 sold me what looks to be a standard motors TPS, but in his auction listed as Toyota oem, even in brand description, much like a$$hole with injectors who listed them as AISIN Caveat Emptor...

UPDATE - just a heads up for anyone, this little issue held me up from taking my engine down to the head. I was going to change out six injectors, one of which was bad, one of which was rebuilt/cleaned, one of which was 2 years new OEM. While down there I was going to do everything else, list...

My bad on cyl six location ..long day, See my thread about eBay injectors. Just leave those eBay sellers alone when it comes to this stuff... I got burned. Seller noted AISIN as description then updated after to indicate another brand.
