    Great time to sell almost anything. Bad time to be a buyer especially house or vehicle. If you need money then it's a great time to sell. After the housing bubble you couldn't give stuff away much less sell it.

    Supply chain is tight for almost everything. Prices are going up on everything. Expect vehicle prices to move up higher as well. If you see what you want grab it because someone else will.

    if gas hits $8.00 I'll be riding a bike and not even own a vehicle. We are reaching a breaking point for most people.

    Most important mods. Dash mat, seat covers, floor liners. Can't figure out why people don't do this on new vehicles?

    Vacuum cleaner for 4runner

    What I do is bring a battery operated leaf blower. Open all the doors and blow everything out. Gets all the dust out of dash, vents etc. Works great to blow off all the dust off the outside as well. Clean up good when you get home.

    Yes this certainly got my attention. Along with house prices have gone up 100k in my area in last 12 months. Now gas prices and food going nuts. Hope that you end up on the right side of the trade.
