The best way to disconnect a Delphi or Deutsche type connector is to push on it like you were plugging it in to compress the o'ring or seal, then press the clip to get it to release and pull it apart. I see a lot of people try pulling on them the same time they are trying to release the clip...

You do not have to remove the pedal to do the install... The clip just presses in on the Delphi connector. I would recommend to plug in the mode switch before installing the controller on the pedal, as its a little hard while laying in the floor board.

Bringing this post back up to the top... Just installed the Sprint Booster and I must say that this is how the truck should have came from the factory. Stock form just seems unnatural especially going down the interstate... I'm curious as to where all of you are mounting the selector...
