Reviving an old thread.. I have an 04' T4R 4.7L V8. The serpentine belt keeps riding off the tensioner and alternator. I have replaced the power steering pump and alternator including throwing on a new pulley on the tensioner. The tensioner doesn't seem to be bad. (I do have a new tensioner...
