Holy cow. I cant belive no one else said this. I thought they were welded to the floor and the whole area rusted. Turns out it is a bolt and easy to replace. The floor is fine after inspection. Thanks I honestly appreciate it.

Thanks for the advice guys. I will clean it up a little more and wait until Covid 19 is over to try to sell it. I do think living in Michigan where these are not popular at all and having a good amount of rust will make it nearly impossible to sell.
