**UPDATE The problem was resolved by replacing the fuel pressure regulator. Runs like a top now. Thank for all the help.

Everything is back together. It barely starts with it unplugged Right now it starts and idled normally.

I've done quite a few timing belts, this one was done right. All the marks were inline with the old belt on as well. There was no change in how it ran before or after the new water pump/ TB instal.

Update: 30* this morning, no noise at all after a day of driving with the Lucas PS fluid. I guess it did the job? That being said, Im going to go ahead and flush the fluid. It looked brown before adding the Lucas.
