Check transmission
Do you have an auto transmission?
Check the fluid in there for coolant. Its not unheard of to leak from the trans cooler to radiator.
I have an SR5 same year as yours and it has a 15 amp power outlet, cause I put it there. Just wire it in from the battery with a fuse near the power source and you're good to go.
Dunno the item was removed. You can install a pair of add a leafs to bring it back
up two inches, or install a spacer block under the leaf packs. You may have to get longer u bolts depends on how much threads you have to work with..
