I'm having my timing belt and water pump changed on Monday, 10/8. Should I go with the parts at the dealership or should I purchase aftermarket products? If aftermarket, which ones do you recommend and why?

The plastic part that connects my stock running board to the rear fender flare came off of the drivers side of my 96 4runner. I have the chrome and plastic running boards. Can anyone tell me where to find this part without purchasing an entire set of running boards?
